2019 Viognier – The Cambrian White (current release)
This is a fresh and vibrant wine and an excellent food pairing wine and an excellent match for spicy Asian dishes, Indian, African, Moroccan dishes, chicken and seafood. There are pears, apricot, and ginger on the nose and palate, with an elegant smooth finish.
2019 Rosé – The Quartz Rosé (current release)
The wine is bright in the glass, displaying a pale salmon hue. There are refreshing aromas of musk and violets. The generous palate displays nuances of Turkish Delight, rose petals, papaya and grapefruit, and has a crisp, dry finish. A refreshing drink on a hot summer’s day – try it with smoked salmon or Thai beef salad.
2015 Mourvèdre – The Third Man (museum release)
In appearance this is a full-bodied wine, dense ruby red with a hint of purple. It displays high viscosity on the walls of the glass. It delivers aromas of dark plum, toasted almonds, vanilla and spice. There are mouth-coating layers of sweetness, savoury and spice: blackberries, plum, black olives, cinnamon, that together with the tannins and acid, rise to tame the challenge of the alcohol.
2018 GSM – Menége a Trois (new release April 2020)
55% Grenache, 25% Shiraz, 20% Mourvèdre – this wine is ruby red and medium bodied, with bright floral aromas of rose petals and lavender. The front palate has lifted red fruits including raspberries and cherries, and there are hints of chocolate and spice on the finish. Try it with pork belly or your favourite pasta.
2018 100% Shiraz – East meets West (new release April 2020)
This is a full-bodied vibrant shiraz style made with 100% Shiraz grapes from our Estate. There are hints of dried flowers and sour cherry on the nose, with dark spices and blood plums on the palate. The tannins are well integrated, and the finish is long and smooth on the palate. This wine will age gracefully for 10+ years.
2018 100% Shiraz – The MONSTER (current release)
A full-bodied wine with deep garnet red colour made with 100% Shiraz grapes from our dry-grown vineyards. There are lashings of dark cherries, blood plum and vanilla on the nose, and cedar, mocha, chocolate and cinnamon on the palate. The finish is soft and long with oak and fruit singing in harmony. A great pairing with char grilled steak, rack of lamb or after-dinner cheese. You’ll love this MONSTER in your cupboard or Cellar!
