Open Thursday to Sunday, 11am to 5pm.

Come and enjoy a relaxed wine tasting, seasonal lunch or a glass of wine while taking in the views across our Heathcote vineyard. Our Cellar Door offers estate-grown wines, seasonal food, share plates, desserts and grazing platters in a relaxed country setting.

Lunch and share plates are available from 12pm to 2:45pm.
Desserts are available until 4pm.

Wine Tastings

Discover our estate-grown Heathcote wines with a guided tasting of our current range. Walk-in tastings are welcome, subject to availability, or book ahead to secure your preferred time.

Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment, particularly for lunch, wine tastings and weekends.

Groups & Bookings

Walk-ins are always welcome, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Group wine tastings, private groups and corporate experiences on other days of the week can also be arranged by appointment. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Accessibility at Silver Spoon Estate:

We want all guests to feel comfortable and welcome at Silver Spoon Estate. Our Cellar Door and restaurant offer accessible parking, easy entry, accessible restroom facilities and flexible seating options.

A dedicated mobility parking bay is located on the south side of the Cellar Door, approximately 10 metres from our side entrance. Wide doorways provide access for wheelchairs and walkers, with easy-to-move chairs available throughout the restaurant.

Our restrooms cater for wheelchair and ambulant accessibility.

The Wine Tasting Experience

Join us at Silver Spoon Estate for a relaxed, seated wine tasting overlooking the beautiful Mount Camel ranges. Discover our estate-grown award winning wines, including dry-grown French and Spanish varietals, guided wine tastings by our winemakers and knowledgeable team. Our cellar door and restaurant has been designed so that you can enjoy an authentic wine and dining experience as we can provide your wine tasting during your meals, if you wish to do so.

  • Nine wines: $15 per person

  • Duration: Approximately 45-60 minutes

Located just 15 minutes north of Heathcote, our off-grid cellar door offers a peaceful country setting where you can unwind, enjoy the views and, if you're lucky, spot local wildlife.

Stay a little longer and enjoy wine by the glass, local beer, tea, coffee or soft drinks alongside our seasonal menu featuring freshly prepared meals, grazing platters, desserts and children's options. Gluten-friendly and vegetarian dishes are available.

We are very proud to be a Bronze Trophy winner in the 2025 line up of Best Wineries, Distilleries and Breweries in Victoria award.

We cater for private wine tastings and events, wine appreciation clubs, day trips, car clubs and groups throughout the week or weekends by appointment to ensure our cellar door is available for your group visit.  We have ample space for bus parking, caravans, and cars. Lets make your next event a memorable experience @ Silver Spoon Estate.

Women in Wine trail

To make the most of your day trip or overnight stay, our winery is part of the Heathcote Women in Wine Cellar Door Trail.  This Wine Trail is a collaboration of four family owned and operated wineries offering unique wine tasting experiences and all within 10 minutes’ drive of each other including Silver Spoon Estate, our neighbour Vinea Marson, Munari Wines and Sanguine Estate Wines, only 8 minutes from the Heathcote Info Centre or 35 minutes from Bendigo. 

Showcased amongst these cellar doors is a diverse range of award-winning wines including Heathcote’s world-renowned Shiraz, and a plethora of French, Spanish and Italian grape varietals all gaining a lot of attention amongst wine judges.

Book one, two, three or all four cellar door experiences either before or during your visit to Heathcote in one easy booking platform.

The Region

We are situated in the heart of the Heathcote wine region with other outstanding cellar doors and wineries, The Cornella Brewery (a microbrewery based at The Shiraz Republic), and the famous Toolleen Hotel, and some amazing accommodation all within 10-15 minutes drive from our Cellar Door.

Stunning accommodation is also available within 10 minutes’ drive from our Cellar Door, including The Cellars @ Heathcote II is a great way to enjoy your weekend in our Wine region, or  accommodation pods at Vineyard Views @ The Shiraz Republic. 

The tranquil Cranford Cottage and Mt Ida Eco Cabin is also only minutes from our Cellar Door, and closer to Heathcote town.

In Heathcote there is some great accommodation including Heathcote Inn, Heathcote Retreat Motel, Yellow Box Wood Luxury (off-grid) Tented accommodation, Heathcote House, Heathcote Views BnB, The Queen Meadow Caravan Park, The lodge and The Barn (south Heathcote) – just to name a few.
